Fish-Bar    WE'RE OPEN! Located directly at the seaside guests can dine, swim or enjoy the typical Rum-Punch. This is an excellent place to watch one of the most beautiful sunsets. Perhaps you might even get a chance to see the famous »Green-Flash«! OUT OF THE BOAT INTO THE KITCHEN! We are renowned for our fresh cuisine: Our fish is brought to the Bar directly from the sea and gets prepared immediately. At the Bar you can enjoy Kubuli beer from Dominica, Soca-Rum, and juices, freshly pressed from fruits of our garden... DELICIOUS FOOD We serve a whole range of rich dishes, carefully prepared on a banana leaf. Dishes include lobster, crayfish, tuna, red snapper and a lot more - depending on the season. In addition we serve fresh fruit and vegetable from the garden, e.g. bread-fruit, salad, homemade mango-chutney, guavas, avocado, papaya and banana-bakes. Everyone who ate here loves to come back! Nachdem man dich ja auch schon im Fernsehen bewundern konnte wollten wir uns einfach mal bei dir melden. Unsere Kinder schwärmen immer noch von den schönen Urlauben bei euch. Es ist ja doch schon eine ganze Weile her, Tanja ist inzwischen 20, Martin 18 und David 16 Jahre alt, an den Pflanzen und Blumen sieht man, wie die Zeit vergangen ist.
